K-Market Trading

About this site

K-Market Trading is an independent publication covering the South Korean stock market for an English-speaking audience. We track the KOSPI and KOSDAQ and publish a daily brief plus continuously updated market data so readers outside Korea can follow what moved the market and why.

What we publish

  • Daily reports — an English summary of the Korean session: index moves, leading sectors and stocks, and the news behind them.
  • Live market data — KOSPI/KOSDAQ rankings (top gainers, losers, turnover, and foreign & institutional net buying) and a 30-day investor net-buying trend, refreshed every 5 minutes during market hours.
  • Reference data — index levels, five-minute charts of major stocks, and the USD/KRW exchange rate.

How it is produced

Our daily reports are generated by an automated, AI-assisted editorial pipeline that organizes the day’s data and news into a readable English brief. Numbers are pulled directly from market data feeds; some figures may be provisional intraday and are finalized after the close.

Schedule

Market data updates every five minutes during the Korean trading session (09:00–18:00 KST, including after-hours), and the daily report is published after each session.
